Welcome to your Palmwood Church Management System (PCMS).

Our PCMS is where we do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that helps Palmwood run smoothly. Of course, the real secret is our amazing people, and even more amazing Lord. But this is pretty decent for technology.

The User Pages are your guide to explain various functions within PCMS.

The user pages will perhaps be most useful if you have them "side-by-side" with the web pages that you are actually working with. For instance to learn about your Profile or Your Information page, open your profile page in a separate tab like this:

• Locate your login name (upper right of this page).
• Hover over it with the pointer.
• Move the pointer over "Profile".
• Hold down the "control" key and right-click on "Profile".
• When a pop-up menu opens, click on "Open Link in a New Tab".
• Now you can read about the Profile in this tab, and click to the new tab to actually see your profile.

 

There is a lot to learn in this system, so click on the various links below to get started:

• Your Information - This is where you will manage your profile and preferences:
  • Personal information
  • Preferences
  • Login details, and more
• Home Page - What you see when you first log in.
• Admin Area - Where advanced features will be seen, depending on your privileges.

As we add further information, we will update the User pages. These will become your user manual for this system. Look for the menu "Users" for more info when you come back.
